Shimla: Congress leader demanded three CBSE schools in his area
Congress leader Jeevan Thakur from Jogindernagar Assembly Constituency of Mandi district met Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu in Shimla on Thursday and discussed various demands related to his region. He requested the opening of CBSE schools in Jogindernagar, Chauntra, and Ladbhadol. The Chief Minister assured to consider his demands sympathetically. On this occasion, Jeevan Thakur also presented a cheque of ₹11,000 to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund on behalf of Mahila Mandal Tikkru of his area. The Chief Minister expressed gratitude for this noble gesture and said such contributions greatly help the needy during calamities.
